Walk Across Texas!

What is Walk Across Texas?

Walk Across Texas! is a FREE, 8 week program designed to help Texans establish the habit of regular physical activity. Since 1996, thousands of Texans have participated in Walk Across Texas!

Walk Across Texas! begins on January 1st!

REGISTRATION

Step 1: Join our Facebook Group: Hood County Walk Across Texas

This group is FREE to join! It will contain a majority of instructions and more for this challenge!

Have you got 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes? At least you’ve got minutes! Lets USE those minutes for walking minutes.

This group will coincide with the Hood County Walk Across Texas program and will include some involvement from its members. But don’t worry, it can all be done from home except for your exercise – somehow, there’s not an app for that.

I’ll provide recipes, quick tips and information in this group. I’ll also be asking you some questions that will involve some interaction to make this group have the best experience possible.
